How to Enter Hollister Customer Experience Survey

You will need:

  • Remember to keep your receipt that you received from your purchase. You will need it to complete the survey.
  • The information you need to complete the survey will be in a neat, horizontal row towards the upper portion of your receipt.
  • Use the designated areas to provide feedback on your visit and purchase details.

Instructions:

  1. Get out your Hollister receipt.
  2. Go to www.tellhco.com.
  3. Enter the store number into the provided box.
  4. Enter the register (REG) ID into the provided box.
  5. Enter the date of your purchase.
  6. Enter the transaction (TRANS) ID.
  7. Answer the questions provided to make your voice heard and don’t forget to click submit.
  8. When finished with this survey, you will receive a code to get discount for $10 off $50.

    I went in for a pair of white jeans and left with 3 pairs and three dresses!

    As a mature but petite woman, I am still able to wear some of your styles;)
    and I had the help of three
    salespeople! Alex & Brittany were superb and capable managers and Caryn, although a bit less experienced, was helpful and anxious to please.
    Myself and two other shoppers had her hopping! Kudos to your hiring staff. Great people and a fun store to shop in;)
