  • I visited captains Ds store 3332 in Belleville IL on Saturday at 2:25, I ordered the new fish swai meal
    Your employee gave me a cat fish order instead and then tried to tell me swai and catfish is in the same family. I don’t care that is not what I ordered. It had no hot or Cajun seasoning on it and I ordered $20 worth of meals. I am very disappointed in how The situation was handled and how I was spoken to. I am in customer service and has been for over 20 years and would like to suggest respectfully more training in that area for your present managers. Thank you.

  • The new restaurant on North road street in Elizabeth City NC started out good, but my last two visits were poor. Last night 6/21 at 653 pm was terrible and it will be the last time I eat there for quite a while.

I PAID $2.47 WITH TAXES FOR THE SMALLEST NOT SLICE BUT PIECE OF CAKE EVER. I AM REALLY UNHAPPY WITH THAT. THE BEST CHOCOLATE ON CHOCOLATE CAKE I TRULY LIKE. THAT I ACTUALLY JUST GO UP THERE AN PURCHASE IT BY ITSELF TIME FROM TIME. I MEAN IT’S LIKE THE PRICE OF THE CAKE WENT UP AN THE CAKE GET SMALLER EVERY TIME. I AM SO VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS LAST PURCHASE.

  • On my drive-thru visit on 07/15/17 I received the most overcooked chicken I have ever had. It was like eating a shoe sole.
    The green beans were also so overcooked they were shriveled up. I realize it was a $4.99 meal but really???

  • I’ve been here for 20 minutes and there are 20 people waiting for food to go and there are 20 people in the dining room and car are rapped around the building. This has to be the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. Don’t know if I will come back AGAIN ! ! !
