  3. Enter the 22-digit survey code from your receipt.
  4. Answer some questions about your visit to the Michaels store where you received your survey invitation.
  5. Answer all questions truthfully and thoroughly.
  6. Fill out your contact information in the spaces provided.
  7. Click next to submit the survey.

I had purchased over $60 worth of items and I was worried about the coupons and sales that were taking place, she carefully and quickly rang up my purchase and made sure all the discounts worked for me. What a great experience I had with a cashier that genuinely cared about my concerns at the register all the while remaining friendly and attentive through out the entire transaction.
