  4. Enter the time of your purchase, the total amount spent, and the 12-digit ID number. You can find all this information printed on your store receipt.
  5. Enter your name and contact details if you wish to be entered in Lowe’s $5,000 gift card sweepstakes drawing.
  6. Answer all the questions candidly based on your recent visit to a Lowe’s store.

  • Thanks to Jeff in the Foley Alabama store 0577. He waited patiently for over a year while my wife and I waited to decide what we were going to do about new cabinets. Every time we visited the store and we saw Jeff I would apologize to him for taking his time and not coming to a conclusion. He would just smile and say that it was ok. It was his job.
