How to Participate in the Lowe’s Customer Satisfaction Survey

Instructions:

  1. Log on to www.lowes.com/survey to participate in the Lowe’s Customer Satisfaction Survey.
  2. Select the country you live in. You have only two options to choose from – the U.S. and Canada.
  3. Choose between English or Spanish language.
  4. Enter the time of your purchase, the total amount spent, and the 12-digit ID number. You can find all this information printed on your store receipt.
  5. Enter your name and contact details if you wish to be entered in Lowe’s $300 gift card sweepstakes drawing.
  6. Answer all the questions candidly based on your recent visit to a Lowe’s store.

  • I shop at the store on Higley and the 60… I can never get help at the paint counter. It takes several trips before I can get a can of paint in the color I want. Usually after 30 minute standing and waiting at the counter, asking front desk repeatedly I get frustrated and walk out. 3 people at service desk and no one will help.

  • We were at the Lowes in Liberty Missouri today 12/28/2016and bought some floor tiles My husband had surgery and was unable to lift anything heavy The young girl in the flooring was kind enough to put them in the cart for us We wished we would have gotten her name She was very helpful When we checked out we asked the cashier if we could get some help putting them in the car A lady named Louisa was so very kind to help us My husband wanted to help her but she wouldn’t let him She was so nice Its my opinion that Lowes is very fortunate to have an employee like her

  • I would like Lowes to know that they have an exceptional employee at store 1940 in Bangor, Maine. His name is ED and he was in the plumbing department. He was amazing in helping me to get the right materials to remodel my bathroom. My house is very old and has odd parts for plumbing. He was terrific in taking time to help me. I have been there 5 times and 3 of those times he was there and went above and beyond to help me. He not only helped us with tub surround, the right sealants, the right electrical and the right plumbing but even explained how i could make these parts fit. I went all over Bangor, to many different stores, but ED was the only one that offered me alternative suggestions and then explained how to make them work. I have nearly completed my bathroom remodeling except for a flush (which I will get ED to help me with), and flooring and all of ED’s suggestions worked awesome. In my opinion he is an awesome employee who was genuinely interested in helping me. I and my wife were very impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to help us rather than just looking for a part and saying “sorry we don’t have it” like others had done. We were very impressed with ED. He was a gentleman, eager to help, and went above and beyond to make our experience at Lowes a great one. We will return!!!

  • After being a Lowe’s customer for the past 5 years, I was extremely disappointed with the latest incompetence of both the Livingston, Tx and the Conroe, Tx stores. Purchased a refrigerator/freezer with delivery promised…the card was denied by their bank with the excuse that they needed to verify that I was the one that placed the order…after an hour on the phone, that was cleared up (according to them) and delivery was promised. Then they called and said the item was not available, would I like a substitute. OK, then we started to go through the same verification process…I told them to refund the amount that was charged to my card and forget the order. When I pay off the balance I owe, I intend to cut up the card and shop elsewhere.

  • I had to write to say how impressed with a young woman who helped me today at Manhattan’s Lowe’s on Broadway and 68th. Her name was Yendi. She totally accommodated my rushed schedule and repotted a palm plant I was interested in, found a great pot for me and then offered to deliver it with me so I can be home by the time I told her I had to be. She also graciously opened a Lowe’s credit card for me. Her attitude was friendly, well mannered and enthusiastic. IF ONLY, one could find this kind of customer service everywhere!

  • Recently had an issue in Mt home, was looking for home security options Gregg in plumbing at the 2900 W.. Chandler Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85224 was extremely helpful and professional. The security choices explained to me were what I needed for my home.

  • I worked with Charles Seyferth at store 0669. He was wonderful! He went above and beyond on how he did his job! He was so patient, answered all of my questions, gave me his honest opinion. He made this big decision so much better then I could have hoped. He did not rush me or act impatient at all! He was through and complete with his work. He doubled checked his work and made me feel confident about all of these tough decisions! I can’t say enough about this young man and his professional ness. You just don’t get that kind of service anymore or anywhere. Also the you g man that works next to him. Carl was very helpful and wonderful. He even got me something to drink. They both are fantastic workers. Thank you so very much.

  • I would like to say how much I appreciated the way I was taken care of while getting an estimation for granite countertop with Tina Hubbard from the Norton healthcare store in Louisville Ky. She really answered all the questions I had. She was spectacular! Also while there I was helped by Erick Berryhill when getting someone to come to my house for an estimate on a porch railing. He was so helpful and so friendly. I absolutely love this store and am so glad it is so close to my home!

  • Excellent customer service by employee Tony Strickland in the Live Oak Florida store.. We are senior citizens and needed to purchase a water heater. We asked a lady working in that department for assistance and she told us we needed a flat cart. We didn’t where to obtain one. The lady walked away and began talking with another employee and ignored us. We were walking about store seeking a flat cart whatever that was. Tony Strickland saw we were in need of assistance. He volunteered to help us. He assisted us with our purchase then loaded the water heater into our truck. Fantastic customer service. The lady associate was a total loser. She gives Lowes a bad name. We were so upset with her poor attitude that we were ready to NEVER shop at Lowes again but Tony proved Lowes still delivers great service!!!

  • I shopped at your place on 05.10.17 and had to buy a big bag of mulch! One of your employees, Robert, came to my car to help me to put that heavy bag inside the trunk. I really appreciate the attention that he gave to me and he act in a very friendly way. This is what I miss in Germany!

Associate’s are wearing any thing they would like, spaghetti strap tops ,tank tops ,spandex pants and shorts body piercings. Next who know ! ! .And help don’t even go there .you get someone to call for help And managers will not even show up to help! I guess you have to call Home Depot and see if it’s ok.

Andrew was the embodiment of customer service! He was pleasant, helpful and didn’t make me feel like there was a rush in selecting my plant material. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with him.   • I bought pine straw from store. 0509 recpict # 050606075224 5/26/17 at 20:07 for 42.59. The pine straw was old, mold, meadow and had a lot of stick and weeds in it. It was very small bails. I am very unhappy with the quality and quantity of the pine straw. I buy pine from Loews 3 or4 times year. But I buy form some where else for now own.

  • how long does it take to get a bord at lowes? waaaaaaaaaaaaay too long. i drove past retards/menards thinking it would be faster to go to lowes for just 2 bords. Wrong !!! it took me 30 min. to gat 2 bords at lowes. will never buy lumber there again and i buy alot! if you want to make it rite then the distric manager should CALL me at 3167341581. i asked for the mgr of the store to call and he never did. NICE!! if you want an upset customer then dont call. your workers couldnt move faster than snals pace if they were on fire!! would be nice to see some hustle when a customer is waiting 30 min. sitting in one spot. you guys really do suck!! if the manager would have called me back in a decent amount of time i may not be as bothered by the whole thing!!!!!

  • As always, I had a wonderful shopping experience at Lowes today. I went with a goal and a long list of supplies, that were scattered through out the store.
    Two sales associates connected with me in the gardening ssection. Though they had been working since 3a.m. ( it was about 1p..m.), they enthusiastically set about finding the many items I wanted. Jerome and Cameron continued pleasently assisassisting me. They sorted through the 2 x 4’s for the best quality for the price, as though shopping for themselves. They then brought in a third associate, Doug, who had just come on, to assure my continued assistance as they had to go home. Doug stuck with me, searching the computer to find stock I had researched online. Though it showed up on the computer, the inventory was not in the store. Doug searched high and low even involving his manager on my behalf. Mind you, I’m not demanding. The courtesy these three young men showed me was outstanding!!! I left the store with every thing I needed at the best prices, and feeling very special. Thanks guys at the North Conway, N.H. Lowes!!!!

  • We have been remodeling a rental apartment. I have been painting for over thirty years and thought I knew everything needed to paint . I have learned ( Never think that you know everything). With tremendous help and marvelous service, along with the most patient employees, I have accomplished the job with ease and a less expensive check out.
    Tom made me very comfortable, giving me advice on those days that I thought I knew it all. (Always with a smile) Even when I thought “Why does he put up with me,”
    Mark has a wonderful sense of humor, which helps when the customer is tired and still has four more rooms to paint. His helpful hint of dampening the roller pad with water and shaking it out before adding the paint REALLY WORKS ! Smoother start. Thanks.
    Audrey was also helpful. Having a women’s help gave me the confidence that I am capable of learning new attempts of staining or painting and choosing colors wisely.
    I am a stubborn women. They all DESERVE RAISES ! Patience , knowledge and wisdom. Three wonderful qualifications from three great employees. I need them to stay at Lowe’s in Edwardsville, Pa.. I have another apartment to do next year.

  • I would also like to add a wonderful comment and deepest appreciation to Nick Vino in Flooring Sales in Edwardsville, Pa.
    He is the most professional , considerate and PATIENT Sales person I have ever dealt with in all of my many years of shopping. Making a decision for carpeting in a rental apartment needs time and thought . ( Tenants are not the owners ).
    Nick made the decision for me. That’s how much I trusted him. He knew I was tired and lacking math skills or carpet quality knowledge.
    Nick does not act the part of a professional business man, he performs it. An actor can sit, he never stops moving. Never stops thinking. Never stops giving the customer his absolute best. ( EVEN THE ANNOYING ONES)

  • Gabrielle L. was highly professional, responsive, and caring in assisting with the resolution of a damaged appliance delivery issue. I purchased three major appliances (over $2,600.00 in value) that were delivered on two different dates, and had delivery issues with all three appliances. The first delivery issue involved delivery of the wrong dryer and failure to properly hook up the washer. The issue was resolved by reordering another (correct) dryer, which would be delivered one week later, and me properly hooking up the washer. No compensation was offered from management for this huge inconvenience, and on duty management did not appear to be concerned or very helpful. It took me over an hour to resolve the incorrect dryer issue and I still need to verify that I have not been charged on my credit card for two dryers.
    The second delivery issue, which involved a damaged and improperly installed refrigerator, was an entirely different experience. Gabrielle was professional, efficient, and caring. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction in fifteen minutes. Lowe”s needs more employees like Gabrielle and she should be rewarded for vastly improving customer satisfaction.

  • I went to the Lowes in Sierra Vista, Az this morning looking for light bulbs for my kitchen, master bedroom closet & living room lamp. Went directly to the Lighting dept and found a young man working there and asked for help. What a great experience with customer service!!! His name is Dan, and he took time to explain the differences in the LED and florescent bulbs,and to show me the difference in the lighting by putting them in a display fixture to see for myself. Not only that helped me find the best deal on the pricing. Best Customer Service I have had in a very long time. Please give this young man the attention he deserves for excellent service.

  • Just finished visiting a Lowes Store in Ocala, Florida, and was doing OKay until we reached the cashier. She was very rude to both my daughter and myself. I will NOT return to this store. The customer service desk also had a lot of problems. I thought we the customers were the purpose of the stores. This store seems to hire people who don’t care about anybody else except themselves. Home Depot is further from my home but it’s worth the extra miles to me.

  • We bought a washing machine at Lowe’s on 1-23-2018. A young man named Jordan Mendoza helped us with our purchase. Jordan was helpful, informative, patient and polite. Jordan is an asset to your company.
    Our washer was delivered today by 2 men who were also polite, informative and on time.

  • Thanks to Jeff in the Foley Alabama store 0577. He waited patiently for over a year while my wife and I waited to decide what we were going to do about new cabinets. Every time we visited the store and we saw Jeff I would apologize to him for taking his time and not coming to a conclusion. He would just smile and say that it was ok. It was his job.   • I would like the management of the Lowes store in San Bernardino CA. (Store #2856), to recognize the extraordinary employee they have. Orson in appliances single handedly took care of 4 guest at one time. The professionalism in which he did his job was beyond approach. He literally typed out a order, answered questions and talked on the phone. How amazing is that. Every one was taken care of and got what they need in record time. Kudos to Orson. I also want to say thinks to Orson, for helping me with the purchase of my new dishwasher.

  • Nancy Gladden in Sioux city store was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick out blinds for my home. She patiently explaiined everything I needed to know. She cheerfully helped through every step. She quickly retired phone calls and followed up to make sure they were installed to my satisfaction. Kudos to Lowes for having such an outstanding employee. I have purchased home improvement services before at Lowes and people like Nancy will always make Lowes the place to go for future services.

  • I was unable to do survey in a week. I visited the Fremont Ohio store and was provided excellent service by a Head Cashier Miss Hannah Williams. Hannah took me directly to what I was looking for asked if I had a Lowe’s Credit Card, helped me carry items to the checkout, shared about a special of spending $25.00 and receiving $25.00 off my purchase. She is a great salesman very polite and courteous an absolute asset to the Lowe’s Store. I hope she will be recognized by the Company with me not being able to do the survey.
