  • I ear at jack in the box close to my work often but not any more. This is the second time on a row within a couple of weeks the food and service was aweful . After the first time I know everyone had bad days bit the second time nor acceptable. Today I didn’t get all of my order and my fries were cold and the chicken nuggets were burnt , dried out and cold also. Sorry to say but I won’t be back and I work for a huge corporation and neither will my Co workers . This location is at Montopolis and Hwy 71. We won’t eat at any of the locations.

  • Stopped by your store #194 ordered 2 breakfast Jacks neither of them had ham on them. Also ordered a small fry they were the greasiest fry’s iI’ve ever gotten from jack in the box.could not turn around and go back to complain because it was rush hour and I had already driven away.   • I clearly do not know how JACK IN THE BOX stays in business. When I visited my nearby Jack’s today, the service was HORRIBLE! There is no other way to describe it. I assume the Store # is JIB#7152 in South Salem, OR. The employee was Sandra. Notwithstanding the fact that JIB food is not the best fast food on the planet, the customer service put forth at this particular store is beyond reprehensible.
    The young lady met me with little more than a grunt, saying “Uh huh.” After I placed my order for four tacos, all she said was, “That will be $2.38.” No thank you. No how do you do. Or will there be anything else? There wasn’t so much as a thin smile on her face or the grunt of ‘have a nice day’ or come again. She simply thrust my change and receipt into my hand and walked away. I felt like I had shot her dog or insulted her grandmother or something equally evil.
    When my order was ready, what appeared to be a manager, or possibly the manager, brought me order and at least proffered a semblance of a thank you. But with that said, all-in-all, the customer service experience was anything but pleasurable. One would think that JIB would make at least a feeble attempt to instill customer service skills into their counter staff so as to make both the shopping and eating experience at JIB a worthwhile and meaningful experience. But apparently not. So, I doubt that I will return if this is the way it’s going to be at my local JIB, which, I might add, has become the norm. :>(

  • I and my fellow workers stopped at the county line and fry road in greenwood Indiana today for lunch at 12:39. My order was not filled for 20 minutes, seems a chicken sandwich is hard to make. when they did decide to make it our lunch time had passed and we had to leave for our work commitments. all of our orders were very slow, we were in the restaurant with one other patron????? to say your service was unsatisfactory is putting it mildly. This is my second experience with your chain, the other was two years ago in Missouri, same results, only there it was also a dirty establishment, I and also my associates will not be back. Do not waste my time or yours in sending any coupons, they will only go in the trash, along with the service i received.

  • We had a coupon for two Mushroom buttery Jack sandwiches. We expected portabelo mushrooms What we got was a hamburger with some mushrooms and onions.

    The service was bad and the sandwich was not edible. The restaurant was dirty.

  • I was very disturbed by a recent visit to the Jack in the box #3718 on Pleasant Ridge Rd. In Arlington Texas On July 11th. I went in to the drive thru to order a large #7 with a Large sweet tea and curly fries. I brought the drink home only to see my son gag. Instead of sweet tea i got coffee instead! I went back and told them what had happened and the cook began to laugh! I was then told that there was no sweet tea available! So you are trying to tell me that the staff tried to fool me with coffee instead of sweet tea??? SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! I finally said enough is enough, give me my money back, which they did. Then I get home and my son says i can’t eat the burger either……There was sooo much sauce and condiments on it it had soaked thru the box and into the bag! At least the curly fries were ok, but this is completely unacceptable for any establishment let alone this one. The receipt was #119. The employee who refunded me the money was named Sarah i. I am one VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

  • I dont want free tacos or coupons etc…I have come to the conclusion that going to Jack in the Box is a waste of time and money. 5/26/2016 11:01am I ordered 2 triple cheese burrito, 2 Double Jack Burgers 255 325 300 012 79. We were on the road so we took it as carry out for lunch….after taking 2 bites of the burgers we threw them out along with the burittos…went down the road and ordered another take out from Carl’s Jr which appeased our appetites. The burgers did no justice to your pictures of the burger on the windows or signs….there was no lettuce, no tomatoes, no nothing actually…just 2 buns and with 2 burgers…no dressing or sauce, and just bland tasteless melted cheese…..the burgers were bad and tasted of cardboard and the buns were soggy…..yuck yuck…. We made the purchase at your store located on the corner of Fair Oaks Blvd and Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights CA….however for future reference while on the road we will not go to any Jack In The Box

  • Come into this location all the time…at least 5 years. JIB#3670.. friendswood Texas… today a co-worker came in after I ordered a meal and was given a free cup for her drink… didn’t have to buy anything!!!! Treat everyone equally…will not ever come back here…

  • Purchased 2 Southwest salads recently and just a fork was furnished , no napkins,or knife.. Things were ok except the Chicken Breast was not sliced meaning that had to eat with fingers…!!!

  • At abot 9:pm tonight, I went to the Jack in the Box by our house. I believe the #is 23 (Upas & 30th St., San Diego, CA). I order a Monster Taco ($1.39). When I got hom and took it out of the wrapper, I was disgusted. It was floating in oil and looked like it had been cooked before and then recooked for me. I went back to the store and shoed it to the manager. She took it and walked away. While the new taco was being cooked she looked at me a couple of times. It was not a nice look, more of a ‘how dare you bring back food’. She handed me the bag with an attitude of not happy. I took the bag and said thank you. Walked out side and looked at the taco, opily again and looked burnt. I was upset, So I went home and threw it away. I live about 1 1/2 miles from the store, so that was a 3 mile trip for a disgusting taco that had to be thrown away. It’s been a long time since we started going back to this store due to same types fo problems there before. At the bottom of my receipt , sfter it says Thank you, it reads 354770 and JAC23. My total for the bill was $29.71

  • I was at the store in Longview TX and was asked by the employee at the drive thru if I wanted to donate to a feed the hungry thing, and when I declined she said “I hope you can open your heart to the giving spirit soon”. She may have meant it in a nice way, but I did not appreciate the attitude. She had no idea on my giving spirit. Also, she did not give me my credit card receipt and started digging in the trash when I asked for it. Very unprofessional behavior. 🙁

  • I was very disappointed with my meal yesterday. The egg roll was not only cold but one of them was half way burnt and the other 2 were over fried. The curly fries were stale and cold. The server who served me was a manager, which was also very disappointing. My whole meal went in trash which made me more upset due to the fact I hate throwing get food when there is so much hunger in the world. I will not be visiting jack in the box anymore especially the one on lyons ave and the old road.

  • Desloge missouri jack in the box sucks!! I had to throw awaymy entire order and go to the farmington missouri location because my tacos were burt to a crisp!! My burger was assembled very sloppy, just like the employees. Not to mention they all act strung out on drugs, i will NEVER go back and ill make sure no one does. Im very disappointed in jack for having a manager like Carolyn run that place, its gone to hell. Please someone fix this place, not to mention i watched an employee throw a dead mouse inthe dumpster and there kitchen is not fit to health standards.

  • Tried your new Brewhouse Bacon cheeseburger on Sept 15. It was pretty bad. Burger had no taste, cheese sauce was awful and tomatoes were white/green and flavorless. To add injury to insult, I cracked a molar on the bacon and now require expensive dental work. I will not be visiting your establishment anytime soon.

  • Yeah, I was in earlier and ordered 4 of your 2 tacos. I was just getting ready to eat them and there are only 6!!! I called the restaurant and the manager was very, very, rude. The date was 10/8/16 at 5:30. I asked her to send me a coupon and she said that she couldn’t hear me. Then hung up on me. I tried calling back and the phone said I must enter an “access” code! It isn’t about the $1.50, it is the principal of the matter!!!! In the old days you guys would drive the tacos to my house. I live about 15 miles away from there. The tacos that I did receive were cold. I had asked for 2 hot sauces per taco and 4 in one bag and 4 in another bag and they were (just 6) all crammed in one bag with about 25 hot sauces!!!! No napkins. I had to ask to have napkins. The guy at the window looked like he was stoned. The day I was there (drive-thru) was 10/8/16 and the time was 10:46AM. It says on the receipt that Laura took the order but it was a, like I said a “stoned looking” young Latino male. Please call me at 805-937-2651. Mornings are best. As it stands right now. I will never, never, never go back there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • THE YOUNG LADY AT THE WINDOW SPEAKS REALLY FAST, CLEAR, BUT FAST. AT FIRST I THOUGHT I WAS BEING RUSHED UNTIL I GOT UP TO THE WINDOW AND HEARD HER TALKING TO OTHER PEOPLE. WHAT A LAUGH! I USUALLY HAVE A LAUNDRY LIST OF NO THIS, OR THAT ON MY ORDER BUT THIS TIME I KEPT IT SIMPLE. CHRISTINE ASSURED ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS IN MY BAG WITH THE SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF SAUCES/CONDIMENTS I ASKED FOR. SHE WAS CORRECT.   • We went into Jack in the Box, located in Meridian, Idaho on Fairview Ave, on Saturday, Oct 15, 2016 at 3:17 PM. There was one customer in the dining area and an employee on break. When we went to select a table out of the 18 tables, five were clean. There were three employees behind the counter. When the employee on break returned to work, the tables remained dirty. Upon leaving, there were four additional customers at two tables and the tables remained dirty.

    When we went to leave we ordered a small order of 5 chicken nuggets. The menu board had $1.69 listed as the price. I was charged $1.79, by the manager. As we were leaving I pointed out the price discrepancy and the manager checked my receipt and said; ‘Okay, I will fix that.’

    I have worked for 25 years in retail, In my opinion, the manager should have either a) offered to reimburse me the difference or b) admitted to error and refunded my money. Of which the manager did neither.

    It is apparent that the employees and manager are oblivious to the need of a clean and sanitary environment, especially around food.

  • On 10/21/16 I purchased three jumbo jack meals . I had no idea the item changed. My family and myself did not like the new buttery jack. The bread is awful , too much sauce, wilted butter lettuce. A terrible burger. Some may love this burger but this one made mine and my daughters stomach hurt. This used to be my favorite burger . I will have to go elsewhere.

  • I just had a Bacon Swiss Buttery Burger. The bun was greasy but worse, the meat was dry like it had been sitting in a warming oven for 24 hours. The bun was greasy on the outside but dry on the inside. The worse meal I have had from Jack. What a disappointment.

  • I just ordered a double Jack and when I got home it only had 1 patty on it. I called the store to let them know and they hung up on me! I eat at your restaurant on a regular basis but this kind of treatment makes me want to shop elsewhere.

  • We ate there on Sunday Nov 13, 2016. The food was cold and the french fries were hard. The service was slow even though only 4 people was already eating. Will not go back again.

  • Well, I’ve not only had an issue with one of your reataurants, I have coin tryout website slow and difficult to deal with.

    Tonight I went to the jack restaurant around the corner from us. I not only had an issue with this restaurant tonight, but a couple of weeks ago i had a similar problem.

    My receipt is a “reprint” so it does not have a control code on it. I’ll provide the information it does have. Drive thru #125; jib# 905; time 6:39:48 PM. At the bottom of the receipt are these / numbers: 16225, JFBK02.

    First, the food was wrong. We stopped in the drive thru at 6:05 behind one car and there was one car at the window. Our order was placed at 6:15. I tried calling the restaurant 4 times without an answer. We were trapped in the drive thru. The line did not move I went inside at 6:35. The cook was hustling. The window person was just moving, if you could call it that. No manager on duty. I was told 2 things. The car at the window had ordered 8 burgers. (This one should have been asked to wait in a spot in the parking lot and they would bring the order out.) they could give me my order but why? I was trapped. I left and the next car was at the window. We left at 6:40. No apology, no offers because of the delay, just a thank you like nothing was wrong. Then we get home and the food was wrong.

    I don’t know if I’ll ever go back to Jack. I’ll definitely NOT go to the Jack nearest my house. I’ve never known of a fast food restaurant that was managed so badly. In fact, I don’t believe it is managed at all. It’s just open for crappy service.

  • IT IS VERY UPSETTING THAT YOU DON’T GET WHAT YOU ORDER AND GETTING IT COLD AND NOT GETTING YOUR HASHBROWNS THAT YOU PAID FOR AND HAVE THE PERSON ONLY WILL SAY SORRY AND STILL DON’T GET THE HASHBROWNS AND NOT GET THE MONEY BACK FOR THEM AND YOU ORDER THE JUMBO BREAKFAST AND THE PANCAKES ARE COLD AND YOU DON’T GET BUTTER FOR THEM OR A KNIFE TO PUT THE BUTTER AND THEY CHARGE FOR THE COFFEE WHEN YOU ORDER THE ONE THAT THE COFFEE GOES WITH IT PLUS IT COLD IS THIS HOW YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMER TREAT LIKE DIRT AND SERVE COLD FOOD ALL THE TIME THE HELP SUCKS AT THIS JACK IN THE BOX

  • I love your food and value of your food….But I know you loose a lot of business because your drive thru has been slow a very long time…..I don’t stop unless I know I have at least 15 extra minutes to spare….your people have Always been polite, curious, clean etc…..Problem always seems to be kitchen behind or short-handed, but again, your people always do there best…..But in 3rd largest city in Tennessee, you would receive a lot more business if you work out your speed,,,,,thanks, love your food

  • I went into Jack in the box in Chandler Blvd and Dobson, the 2 girls that was supposed to be “working” was NOT. I WENT IN AND STOOD THERE FOR A FEW MINUTES THEY WERE TALKING VERY LOUDLY IN SPANISH WHILE ALSO ON THIER PHONE!! PATHETIC THIS ISN’T THE FIRST TIME I’VE HAD THIS ISSUE WITH THESE SAME GIRLS. SERVICE WAS SLOW AND LOBBY WAS DIRTY, AND THEY LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE “MANAGER” BY THE SHIRT DICFERSNCE I SEEN…PATHETIC IF THAT’S WHAT YOU CALL “IN CHARGE” YOU GUYS HAVE IT ALL WRONG !!   • My wife and I went to the Jack in the Box on March 28th at about 5:30 pm in Lakewood, WA on Gravelly Lake Dr. After waiting at the counter for a minute, one of the workers said he would be right with us. Another 6 minutes went by, so we left and went someplace else to eat.

  • This was terrible. Waited for 10 mins and didn’t get anyone to help. Called store asked for manager. They said there wasn’t one. What did I want? I told them McDonald’s is my best friend tonight. I asked for customer services or corporate. The guy didn’t know. Told me too bad so sad. I called another store. No answer. Called another at 7/ baseline. Said I had to call 19 vanburen. None knows customer service number. None know who managers are etc.

    My 50 friends and I will avoid your stores for awhile. Bad service terrible representation of your business.

  • On 7/7/2017 I made a to go purchase at the Jack In the Box #4718 in Vidor Texas at 2:07 pm. My order was for 2) breakfast platters 1) Jumbo Jack cheese meal and 2 Meat lovers burritos only bacon for the meat. When we got home the breakfast platters had no hot cakes, the Tacos in the jumbo jack meal had no cheese and the Meat lovers burritos were a soft shell with one strip of bacon in it! No egg no nothing! If this is how Jack in the Box is being run I think, no I know I will never go to another one.

  • Your store was extremely busy when I walked in.. There was a customer being rude but Victor remained calmed with a smile on his face.. Even though the register wasn’t working he still took my order and cooked it… OMG.. Will be returning.. Excellent service
