How to Participate in the Cineplex Customer Satisfaction Survey

You Will Need:

  • A survey invitation from Cineplex.
  • A few minutes to respond to the questions.
  • A web-enabled device.
  • A reliable Internet connection.
  • Familiarity with English or French.

Instructions:

  1. Go to the survey site at www.cineplexsurvey.com.
  2. On the welcome page, select the language that you are most comfortable with: English or French. You may also visit the links to the contest rules and the privacy policy.
  3. Select the type of invitation that you received: movie ticket or order confirmation.
  4. You will then be asked to enter the certificate number found on this invitation. Click SUBMIT once you’re done.
  5. Indicate the date and time of your visit. Select the branch that you went to.
  6. Describe the movie or event that you went to, as well as your company at the time.
  7. Rate the overall experience, as well as the specific elements of the experience such as the seats, the cinema, the audio, the video, the staff, the cleanliness, and so on.
