  1. Had a meal in Braintree Freeport Village Burger King (12970). Worst meal I have had in Burger King. Fries were cold then I realised that my King Fishfinger (looking at the display at the counter after I had finished my meal) should have had three fishfingers, I only had two The toilets were not good either no soap or water. I went into the baby changing room only to find that the taps and basin were not clean either. The store looked poor and in need of attention. Spoke to the manager who offered another meal but I just did not want to stay there any longer.

  2. My order was wrong although I had repeated it twice. The person who handed me my food was not the person who took the order. He said he had given me what I had ordered and I would need to pay more money if I wanted anything else. He then proceeded to service another person. He was more interested in letting his friends into the locked door. Never met such a rude and inconsiderate person in customer service.

  3. Very disatified with take away purchase
    On the 28/5/17.
    Received wrong burger, was short on two large fries and disappointed with the dryness of chicken nuggets.. all food was not a satisfactory temperature.
    Didn’t realise all the above until I returned home and as you could imagine I found this really frustrating.

  4. I was recently eating at BK Canterbury high st Kent England 23/6/17.
    I had cheese and bacon burger, fries, nuggets and sprite.
    Burger and fries very nice, but the nuggets, just terrible.
    Zero tastes of chicken, just like a white meat supplement rapid in cardboard I think. Really bland and not apetizing at all. I’m not much of a fast food fan so can’t say it this is what is used in everything BK, or just local. Either way not, an insult to chicken.
    The restaurant and staff were nice and friendly, literally just the “nuggets”.
    Please pass this n to BK tasters they need to address.

  5. Went as a treat – spwnt £18+ The chicken tendeecrisp was awful. Toi much mayo and bun broke apart as I was eating it. Awful in car. The cheesy nacho were horrible..chesse was hard – not like photo – which looked soft and gooey .
    Very dissapointed – both me and my son ( Alex) .. who would usually pick BK over Macdonald – maybe not NOW.

  6. Restaurant Sweet Briar Road Norwich…..COMPLAINT
    The hot drinks machines…coffees and teas…have been broken for several weeks. Visiting again on 28/08/17 a very hot day we found the air conditioner was not on making sitting inside impossible, the restaurant was empty and there was no provisions to enable us to eat our purchase outside the restaurant so we had to sit on the grass verge (we are 55 &58yrs old). Also on this visit our choice of ice cream was unavailable at 3.52pm on a non busy day. Also on my last 2 visits again the staff were not busy yet the toilets were a mess and after reporting it to them the toilet was only flushed leaving the mess still around the bowl. Perhaps if toilet brushes were suplied in the cubicles SOME customers might clean their own mess up !!!!! It makes me sad to complain about this place as in the past I have had really good experiences.
