  • A basic understanding of English
  • An Albertsons receipt with a survey invitation

Instructions:

  1. Visit the customer survey site at www.albertsons.com/survey.
  2. Indicate the location you visited by entering the state and store number. When you enter the state, all stores in that state will automatically populate. Ensure the store number you choose is the same one printed on your receipt.
  3. Enter your email address and click next.
  4. Enter the date of your store visit.
  5. Choose whether to receive deals, coupons and updates.
  6. Enter the time of day you visited the store.
  7. Enter the cashier/operator number from your receipt.
  8. Answer a series of questions about your visit to an Albertsons store.
  9. Answer all questions honestly and thoroughly.
  10. Upon completion, you will need to indicate whether you want to enter the sweepstakes. If you do, follow instructions and enter the appropriate information.
